Pizza Style: Americana
Pizza explodes with flavor. It could be the sprinkle of oregano and garlic they dust the pies with, or it could be the touch of Percorino Romano cheese, or even the fact that they grate the mozzarella cheese in house, but I think it is a combination of all these extra touches that make the pizza taste so good. We were pleasantly pleased by the taste. Tons of cheese, the kind that stretches easily, pulls apart and begs to be dropped into your mouth.
The crust is amazing, puffy and airy at the end of the slice with a nice crackle and crunch when you bite into it that contrasts perfectly with the warm and fluffy inside.
The ample sauce is sweet and tangy and well distributed, no dry spots or overly saucy spots, our pie was very well made.
Toppings: the mushrooms were fresh and the pepperoni was tasty; all the cheese and pepperoni did make the Za a tad greasy, but I happen to like that.
Salty – Yes that flavor came with a cost and that cost is salt, so drink a glass of water with the Za.

Paradise is a local, friendly, restaurant that serves up some very tasty pizza while doing it in an old school setting. The service is order at the counter and very informal, as is the interior decor. Surprisingly, Paradise has a full menu in addition to the pizza, but it is the pizza that draws up back. Places like this are a dying breed today, so if you want to revisit a restaurant of old, this is the place.

Bonus: Really Good Sheet Pizza. Paradise's sheet best is the best sheet pizza we have had and the prices on the sheets beat their pie prices. We have used the sheet pizza successfully for two parties and will be back for a third.
