The cheese explodes with flavor. Mama's seems to have the right combination of pepper, salt, in their cheese to make your mouth really notice when you bite a piece of their pie.
Salty – The sharp bite on your tongue is the salt saying hello. Say hello to some water too with this Za.
The crust is thin where the cheese is and fluffy and airy at the ends, with a nice flaky texture.
The sauce is full bodied with a rich tomato taste and a hint of pepper.
