Bonus: This is a clean and tidy place; they are efficient on the phone and fast with the pies - they had 5 people working behind the counter when we stopped in.

Pizza Style: Pizza Americana
This is not your typical Industrial style pizza Americana, this is Pizza Americana done right, this pie has a nice homemade flavor that resonates throughout. There is a good amount of cheese, and the cheese is slightly browned in parts to heighten the taste (though we think it could have used a bit more browning).
The crust tastes just like a freshly made bakery style loaf of Italian Bread; it is good.
The sauce is tangy with a bit of herbs but not overpowering, it allows the cheese to contribute flavor. A few pieces had too much sauce in places, so a more even hand might be called for.
Not too Salty – you can drink a few beers with this Za and not worry about dehydration.
