When is grease good? When it comes on a hot pizza. Ameritalia's pizza has a bit of grease on it, but it is good grease because it tastes great. If you are a health foodie, this might not be the place for you, but it you like your pizza tasty and incredibly satisfying in terms of mouth pleasure, Ameritalia is your kind of place. This is the place to go after a late at night on the Commons.

The cheese is nicely browned, plentiful and bursting with flavor.
The crust is just where the cheese and sauce ends, it is pretty standard. But it is consistent and they don't burn it or over cook it.
The sauce is soft and subtle got lost a bit in all the cheese grease.
Salty - yes, you'll be drinking water after this bad boy. It could be the pepperoni that makes it salty, stay tuned for their cheese pizza review.
