Great gooey cheese makes Gino's a fun pizza to eat for young and old.
I prefer my pizza cheese browned a bit and Gino's seems to prefer not brown their cheese, if you like your cheese browned ask and they will do it as they have done it for me.
Salty: It seems all Pizza's in Ithaca are salty, Gino's in no exception.
The crust is great, with nice moist bread at the crust and the pizza bread bottom is so light it you feel it sway in your hands like the Golden Gate Bridge would in an earthquake. Gino's crust holds up and makes their pizza great the next day too - either hot or cold.
The sauce is peppery and zesty and brings the cheese to life.

Gino's Pizza is good enough that Gino's would be successful in any city in the United States. And their prices are a touch below market too, which never hurts.
