Pizza Aroma: Fails to Deliver

"We are not delivering today." That is what Pizza Aroma said on July 1st at 4:45 when we called. We felt a bit helpless as we planned on reviewing their pizza that evening so we asked why, "No driver" was the response. We pushed some more, asking if this happened often? "Not sure, this is my 4th day." We asked if they would be delivering tonight and were put on hold as she went to ask someone for the answer. when she came back 10 seconds later the response was "We are not delivering tonight."

After we hung up we decided to call back and do a pick-up at Pizza Aroma so we could at least stick with the plan of evaluating their pizza. It appears that Saturday was just not Pizza Aroma's day - we called 3 times in the next half-hour and each time when the phone was answered it went to a dead, blank space, like when you put an old style answering machine on mute. So we gave up and instead ordered delivery from Gino's NY Pizzeria. Click here to read that review.
